MillCreek Soy Wax Candle Supply accepts orders through our website
mcsoywax.com and by phone at 574.653.2098. If we are away from our
desk, please leave a message. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Electronic
payment through PayPal.
Before submitting your order, please check that
your order is complete. All orders are
processed in real-time, meaning, as soon as you key the
submit key in the shopping cart, your order has
been processed by charge card/PayPal and is ready
to pack as stated on your invoice. There is a $2.00
processing fee for changes made on an order, and also
when an invoice is paid in more than one installment. Please print a copy of
your invoice. An invoice is also sent with each order. Keep these for your bookkeeping and tax records.
If calling, please state your phone number and email with a short
message and you will be answered within 24 business hours.
Cancelled orders will be charged a 20% fee and
the charge card processing fees imposed by the charge
Address Correction Fees
Packages are sent to the
'Ship To' name and address that the customer inputs into
the shopping cart. If the information is incorrect,
please notify us before the package is shipped. UPS
will charge an additional $13.35 for each box in the
order for any
changes/corrections to this information once the
order has shipped. This includes missing apt,
suite, ect, (any corrections). This fee is the customers
responsibility, as they entered the wrong information, we
have no way of knowing if your address is correct.
Customers using USPS will be responsible for shipping
fees if package is returned. To place an order with
MillCreek you must verify your SHIP TO address is
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR INFORMATION IS CORRECT
AND COMPLETE TO AVOID
ANY ADDITIONAL FEES.
MillCreek Soy Wax Candle Supply ships all orders via UPS
services and smaller orders with a flat rate by USPS. Standard time for delivery for Ground Service is 3-10 business days.
All orders, including Next Day Air, have a processing time
of one to two business days depending on the number of
incoming orders. An example: If you place an order on
Monday your order will ship out Tuesday or Wednesday
depending on order volumes.
Unfortunately, UPS does not count the day that the package is picked up.
MillCreek is closed for United State holidays.
If you place an order with
USPS and all the items will not fit in your box, we
will we contact you and let you know your options.
All packages leave the MillCreek Warehouse in top
condition. If your UPS package has any signs of damage,
breakage and or leakage, call UPS if shipped UPS at 1-800-742-5877.
Report the problem immediately and save all packaging
materials and contents until you receive instructions from
UPS. UPS will then contact us to resolve the issue. You
may also contact us and we will notify UPS on your behalf.

MillCreek reserves the right, in the event a mistake has
been made, to issue a refund, offer a replacement or ship
with future orders.
Once orders are shipped from the
MillCreek warehouse, we do not maintain control over
packages and cannot guarantee shipping arrival dates by
UPS/USPS or the condition of the package and the materials
contained within. If you are not able to accept delivery
of the packages, please make arrangements with someone
that can accept your delivery as additional UPS charges
will be charged if the packages are returned to MillCreek. MillCreek is not responsible for any
import tariffs or duties on international orders as those
are the customers responsibility.
Due to safety and quality
control, MillCreek Soy Wax Candle Supply does not accept
returns or refunds/credits on any product. All
products are available individually or in small
quantities. It is recommended if ordering a new
product to order in small quantities to insure that the
product/s meet your specific needs. All sales are
final. Shipping charges are non-refundable. This also
includes when too much product is ordered;
again, we cannot resell the product and can not issue a
refund or credit or an exchange.
PICK-UPS ARE NOT
MillCreek is an online,
worldwide wholesale business and does not have a store
front or retail outlet; no pickups or stop-ins are available.

Our shopping cart automatically charges all Indiana
residents state sales tax. To qualify as tax exempt
status please email a copy of your most recent Retail
Merchant Certificate. We will keep this copy on file.
When placing orders, please place a note in the comments
section stating you are tax exempt and are on file. We
will then verify and refund the Indiana state sales tax
back to the method of payment used once packaging labels
